Client logos and campaign materials shown in our portfolio remain the property of their respective owners, displayed with permission. No content may be reproduced or reused without our written consent. Ownership of deliverables created for clients (brand identities, campaigns, websites, etc.) is governed by the specific signed agreement with that client, not by these general terms.
3. Services & Engagements
Service descriptions on this Site are for information only and do not constitute a binding offer scope, fees, and deliverables are defined in a separate signed agreement. Orion applies industry best practices but does not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., revenue, leads, rankings), as results depend on factors outside our control. Consultations and quotes obtained through the Site are non-binding until confirmed in a signed agreement.
